Booking & Payments

When should I book my event?
We recommend booking early as possible to secure your preferred date and character. Typically, weekend dates fill roughly 2 months in aPopular times often book out weeks in advance.

Can I book an event on short notice?We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but availability is not guaranteed. Events booked within 7 days of the performance date require full payment at the time of booking.

How do I book an event?
You can inquire directly through our website on the 'Book Now' tab by filling out our booking form. You'll hear from a Team Member within 48 hours confirming your party details and our availability.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event.

 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future event or part y with no expiration date. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled event, your remaining balance can be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but still transferable. We will coordinate with you to find a new date that works!

Event Day Details

What do I need to provide for the performer?
We ask that you provide a chair for the performer and an open space for children to sit “story-time” style. Please make sure the space allows performers to be heard and interact with your guests. You do not need to provide any materials or supplies for the duration of the character’s performance. They come with everything that they need to entertain!

Will my performer confirm they are coming? 

You will receive an 'Upcoming Party' email reminder on the Monday prior to your event. This will include all the information about your party, including who, what, when, and where. You'll also have a detailed reminder of the timeline. Your performer will not contact you unless there is a delay in their arrival. You can expect them to show up at your door right at your experience start time!​

Can events take place outdoors?
Performers should remain indoors if possible. Outdoor events must be in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. For safety reasons, our performers cannot appear outdoors when the “real-feel” temperature is 90 degrees or higher.

How many children can attend a party?
Our parties are designed for up to 15 participating children. For events with more than 15 children, an additional character or Royal Assistant is required. Events with more than 20 children require at least one Royal Assistant, with additional assistants added as needed.

What is included in the Magic Makeovers?

Makeovers are available for all participating children and include quick-dry nail polish, eyeshadow, blush, lip gloss, and cheek sparkles. Makeovers are facilitated with single-use applicators for hygiene.

What can you do for the boys in attendance at the party?

Our Birthday Party Packages are not gender-specific. We find that all children love our party activities, and enjoy participating with their friends. If your package offers the Crown Craft we also supply sashes for decorating. If you purchase a Royal Tiara À la Carte add-0n we can include sashes for the boys!

What is the Royal Photographer? How do I get my Photos?

The Royal Photographer will come with a professional camera for the duration of your Princess experience. They will captuer roughly 60 images that will be delivered to you via Google Drive within 1 week of your party. You have full use of these digital images and can download them to enjoy them for years to come!
