We suggest that you book no later than 2 months prior to your party or event date. Of course you can book as far in advance as you would like! From the time that you book to the time we arrive at your doorstep, we must check calendar availability, secure your character performer, touch up wigs and costumes, and process payment. Quality is more important than quantity to us!
 
If you are in a last-minute situation, and need to book up to 1 week prior to your party, we can see what Fairy Godmother can do to help us work something out! Inquire as soon as possible in these situations.  
Enchanted Experiences wants to make your booking process as quick and hassle-free as possible. We require 50% of your booking to secure your date and time on our Official Calendar. We then require the remaining 50% no later than 48 hours prior to your party or event - at your convenience!
 Enchanted Experiences processes payment through Square Register. You will receive an easy-to-read invoice with a description of your personal package, À La Carte add-ons, details of your event and what to expect, as well as a payment breakdown. If you ever have any questions feel free to ask!
